Shipping & Delivery

To make it easy for people to purchase and enjoy our tea, we’ve made our shipping rates very reasonable! We currently use the US Postal Service to ship your orders. The shipping charges are tiered to reflect your order price: $0 to $15 costs $7, $15.01 to $39.99 will be $13. Orders over $40 will receive Free Domestic Priority USPS Shipping.

On certain occasions, we may ship via a different method than requested. This may happen if, for example, to speed up delivery times for your benefit. Please e-mail us if you have specific shipping needs and we will quote your shipping rate specifically.

Although most orders arrive within 2-5 business days, we ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to account for any product and shipping delays. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

You can easily view the status of your order and track your package by signing into your Sereni-tea.net account.

Privacy & Security

Sereni-tea is committed to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best service possible.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by signing up for our newsletter. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use “cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses www.sereni-tea.net.  You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. None of this information will ever be given out or sold in any way, shape, or form.

Sereni-tea will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Returns & Replacements

Returns Policy:

There are some exceptions to this policy listed below under “Exceptions”.

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt by you. It must be unused, in new condition and in its original packaging. You must contact us by phone or e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.

If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on any shipping costs. The merchandise must be returned at your expense.

Refunds will be credited to the same credit card originally used for the purchase only.

Exchange Policy:

There are some exceptions to this policy listed below under “Exceptions”.

Merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 30 days after you received . It must be unused, in its original packaging, in new condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. You must contact us by phone or e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.

If the merchandise is damaged, defective, we will pay for shipping of the replacement merchandise. You will receive credit for the returned merchandise and your shipping cost for the return. You will be charged or credited for the difference in price between the replacement order and the returned items credits

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it at full value. You will have to pay both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement order. You will be charged or credited for the difference in price between the replacement order cost, including shipping, and the returned items credits.

Refunds will be credited to the same credit card originally used for the purchase only.

Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policies:

All tea and other food sales are considered final! These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sales on consignment items sold at the store are always final.
