Oh honey! Saucey, sweet, and spicey…. what a dream!
At our honey tasting on February 11th we featured a Chili-Honey-Mustard dip that goes well with pretzels… but was also a great sauce on chicken..! Here it is:
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
Directions: Blend it all together in bowl, set over night and enjoy with pretzels.
OR: blend everything in a crock pot, add skinless, boneless chicken thighs and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
